Nine of  the Circular walks around the Parish of Nutfield were originally published in leaflet form by the Conservation Society in 2002, in co-operation with the Tree Wardens, Footpath Walkers and the David Watts Art Group. These have been comprehensively updated and remodelled for downloading from this web site.

Our special thanks go to Kent Sandiford for designing this present format - suitable for addition to the website and we are also grateful for financial support from Tandridge District Council to cover these design costs

Walks 1 and 2 are specifically aimed at highlighting outstanding trees in the parish and are accompanied by sketches by local artist Judith Davis. The maps were drawn by Eric Ford, who lived for many years in the village. They are designed to be left unfolded.

Walks 3 to 7 retain their original “three-fold” format with notes on points of interest, trees, plants and historic buildings. They include photographs and drawings made by local residents and with maps drawn by the late Wally Coombs.
